Fabric will be continuous if ordering more than one cut with the exception of wholesale rolls and bolts.

This pattern makes a Toddler / XXL Fitted Diaper with choice of fold down rise, snap down rise and fold over flap version.
Diapers made using this pattern are generally made from knit fabric. Make your fitted a hybrid by using anti-pill fleece for the hidden body layer and go coverless for longer! You can also make your diaper an AI2 by using PUL as the outer layer and the snap down rise option. Need to pack in more absorbent fabric in your diaper? Make a Fold-Over Flap style out of an absorbent fabric and add in the soaker/booster combo. This style will need a cover.
This easy to sew diaper pattern will make a fitted diaper that will fit a small chunky baby starting around 20 pounds on up to an older child in the 55-70+ pound range. This pattern has been extensively tested on babies, toddlers and children age 7 months through 8 years of age in all sizes in the fit range. This style of diaper requires a cover as it is not designed as a waterproof diaper unless made as an AI2.
This pattern is NOT recommended for slender babies and toddlers that fit well in the OS Fitted pattern.
Make your diaper with snaps or leave them off to use a snap or diaper pin for a truly custom fit! It works great as a snappable diaper when made with a terry or other grippy knit fabric as the outer layer.
Pattern is fully illustrated with instructions to make turned and top-stitched, serged or fold over flap style diapers. Piecing guide is included on the printout. New pattern style!! Pattern prints out a full-size pattern and you have the option to print off layers. Instructions for printing properly are in the Instructions file.
Fantastic pattern. Easy to understand and great sizing
Let customers speak for us
from 1160 reviewsThese are great for the infinity scarves I am making
Always great customer service and ready to answer any questions
I've made a number of orders from this store, and I am always happy with the quality of the products I receive! This is possiibly the best and most reliable place to source Bamboo and Merino solids. With listings being default ordered by color family, 1/2 yard options being available to order, and wonderfully responsive customer service, Nature's Fabrics is easily my favorite fabric store.
The Moroccan Bamboo Stretch Fleece is beautiful, a gorgeous color, warm and soft. I ordered the bamboo stretch fleece after receiving a sample of the fabric in a previous order. Get some….you’ll love it!
The big downside to Nature’s fabrics Bamboo is that my husband, my 3 sons, Son-in-law, and 3 grandsons all want new boxer briefs all the time! I made the mistake of sending them the link and niw they are requesting which fabrics too.
High quality. Beautiful saturated color and nice drape! I can’t wait to start my project
Jeanne, is and has been very helpful in my journey from the very beginning she answers all my questions to the best of her knowledge she puts up with my ongoing messages and definitely has one of the best quality fabric that I have felt and seen. I love to shop with her often not just because of the quality, but because who she is as a person! I love supporting and I’m always in for a shopping spree with her. I’ve got several different batches that has changed in color and slight texture that I didn’t know could happen but overall, I’m still a very happy customer and will continue to support her and the family as much as I can. Thank you so much for all the amazing Fabric that you supply for us Definitely top number one in my book in the USA 🤪

Tons of large cuts in this grab bag!
Most of the cuts were a full yard. Only two cuts were "damaged" and that was just dusty/dirt that washed right off. The smallest cuts were half yard cuts, and there were only two of them. Eight cuts in all, more than I expected! (5 full yards, 2 half yards, and one 3/4 yard cuts in all)
Amazing quality as always
I used this to make a pinafore dress, wrap skirt, and little cape for our Maltipoo. All are wonderful with this fabric. It does not hold any wrinkles after a full day of wearing while traveling. It’s nice and warm too. Very happy with my purchase and plan to buy more.
Gorgeous fabric - can't wait to make something with it!!
I've bought several times from Nature's Fabrics and love the quality of their jersey knits.
Celery Superfine Merino Wool Jersey Fabric
I ordered both the 400 GSM Natural Organic Cotton Sherpa fabric and the 600 GSM Natural Organic Cotton Sherpa fabric to sew on backside of my organic cotton throw for additional warmth. The 600 GSM was too heavy, but the 400 GSM was perfect making my throw extra cozy. I plan to use the 600 GSM for other projects, ie., seat cushion, stuffed animals for the grandkids, etc. Both fabrics are of high quality. They are soft, and I love the feel of the natural fabrics. Excellent quality. Fair price. Top notch customer service. I don’t sew real often, but if and when I do sew, I will come back to Nature’s Fabrics.
