This pattern makes a Toddler / XXL Fitted Diaper with choice of fold down rise, snap down rise and fold over flap version.
Diapers made using this pattern are generally made from knit fabric. Make your fitted a hybrid by using anti-pill fleece for the hidden body layer and go coverless for longer! You can also make your diaper an AI2 by using PUL as the outer layer and the snap down rise option. Need to pack in more absorbent fabric in your diaper? Make a Fold-Over Flap style out of an absorbent fabric and add in the soaker/booster combo. This style will need a cover.
This easy to sew diaper pattern will make a fitted diaper that will fit a small chunky baby starting around 20 pounds on up to an older child in the 55-70+ pound range. This pattern has been extensively tested on babies, toddlers and children age 7 months through 8 years of age in all sizes in the fit range. This style of diaper requires a cover as it is not designed as a waterproof diaper unless made as an AI2.
This pattern is NOT recommended for slender babies and toddlers that fit well in the OS Fitted pattern.
Make your diaper with snaps or leave them off to use a snap or diaper pin for a truly custom fit! It works great as a snappable diaper when made with a terry or other grippy knit fabric as the outer layer.
Pattern is fully illustrated with instructions to make turned and top-stitched, serged or fold over flap style diapers. Piecing guide is included on the printout. New pattern style!! Pattern prints out a full-size pattern and you have the option to print off layers. Instructions for printing properly are in the Instructions file.
Fantastic pattern. Easy to understand and great sizing

from 1131 reviewsI definitely recommend this fabric.
This wool is like no other I’ve felt before. I tend to be sensitive to the scratchiness of even merino wool, but after felting this wool I found it incredibly soft. I made a long wrap around skirt using 2 yards and gathering the waist.
Soft, used in Reusable Pads. Works well. I bit stretchy, but I used plenty of pins.
I found this kit to be easy to put together and sew. All the fabrics were perfect for this project. I was able to make two extra pads from this kit by carefully placing the pattern.
I made my adult son a T-shirt with these 4 colors patterned after the VW Golf Harlequin edition. He loves it!
I used the yellow, cobalt, red and teal cotton spandex jersey. This fabric is a nice weight, easy to work with and wears well. When I prewashed all the colors together there was no cross-bleeding. I used a couple color catchers in the initial wash.
It is a wonderful fabric to sew and to wear.
Dinosaurs in the Jungle 1 mil PUL Fabric - Made in the USA
I was looking for an alternative for sheepskin, when a friend told me about your company and the 100% cotton version of that.
It arrived as promised. It feels so good. I am going to be using it to line a trapper’s hat.
You might also enjoy hearing that she used to to diaper her babies when they were very small 😊
Very nice fabric. I made a blanket for my granddaughter and it turned out great.

Wonderfully soft and warm organic Sherpa .
I made a long sleeve mock turtleneck - Dawson pattern from Helen’s closet. I preached the material as I normally do. Top is very comfortable. Soft with a good amount of stretch that recovers well. Material is probably too light for leggings (at least for me) but I highly recommend this fabric for tops.
This bamboo jersey is incredibly soft and beautiful.
Love this Sherpa fabric, made sweatshirts and dyed them what gorgeous fabric
