About US

We are located in NW Pennsylvania about 100 miles from Buffalo, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. We are a small Christian family run business. We pack and ship orders 6 days a week. We do not smoke. We strongly support the American worker. Many of our fabrics are made in the USA.

Yardage Minimum yardage is one half yard. It would be 18" by the width of the fabric. The width is typically listed on each fabric, but is most always 60" wide. When a weight is indicated, the weight represents a square meter. All fabrics should be washed prior to cutting, they will shrink. Each batch should be tested for shrink rate.

 

Satisfaction We want you to be happy with your order. If everything is not as expected please let us know with in 15 days of receiving the order. You are welcome to return anything you are not happy with. We pack each and every order with you in mind. While we strive for 100% accuracy in orders, please understand there can be errors. We will correct any error was soon as possible. We may ask for photo's or other information to identify the error. We will need packing slip photo's to process any errors. We do not pay return shipping, and we do not refund shipping. Shrink rate is not considered a defect. All fabric shrinks. All fabrics are cut exact and do not account for shrinking.

All defective material will have to be returned to Nature's Fabrics or a partner company as directed. Email us with issues with in 7 days to sales@naturesfabrics.com

Samples Many of our fabrics are available as samples, about 4” square. If there is no sample option showing then we do not have sufficient stock to offer a sample cut.

Shipping We pack and ship orders every day. UPS collects packages Monday through Friday. USPS collects packages every day but Sunday.   Rush shipping is available, but prior to placing the order please contact us to be sure it will be available. Insurance is HIGHLY recommended. If you want insurance, please let me know and I can get a quote for you. Packages do become property of the post office, Fedex or UPS sometime.  If you do not want the risk involved please contact us for a rate for a package. Goods delivered throughout common carriers or sent via USPS are at the risk of buyer. In no event shall the seller be liable for loss of profits, late deliveries, damages for breach of contract by buyer, or other consequential or contingent losses. Fabrics are sold F. O. B. and we are not Responsible for freight. Nor are we responsible for miss deliveries, duty taxes or international charges. If the tracking says it was delivered to your address, postal declarations take precedence. If make 2 separate orders at the same time, we will combine them and not ship until everything is ready. For instance; if you order 4 yards on Monday, then come back on Tuesday and order something not due for 2 weeks, we will combine them into one order and ship when everything is in. If you don't want this, please email and let us know. Orders normally ship in 1-3 business days. Regular shipping days are Monday through Saturday. Please be alert for pre orders. Arrival dates are estimates, and do not guarantee shipping dates. Refunds are subject to the terms of the payment system used. Paypal is now charging a minimum of 30 cents for a refund. If you use a credit card, refund fees may apply. UPS international will have duty/taxes assessed at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for all duty and taxes for their area.

Nature's Fabrics Shipping Protection To better serve our customers, we are now offering shipping protection, which we highly suggest purchasing shipping protection at checkout.  We offer optional shipping protection on all of our shipments. If you select this service, you’ll pay a variable fee (depending on your order total) at checkout for the confidence that we will fix any issues you experience with your order free of charge. This includes a full replacement of any items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. Issues must be reported with in 48 hours from the time of delivery.

This shipping protection is completely optional and not required to purchase. The option to remove this is at the bottom of the checkout page under the Terms and Conditions box. If your package shows as delivered by the carrier the shipping protection does not apply.

Pre-Orders Sometimes we will offer a pre-order on a fabric. We will clearly note in the description the arrival date for the fabric. It is always my intention to give you actual dates, but it not something I have control of. I am at the mercy of the supplier and customs, and will try to keep everyone posted as best I can. late arrivals are common and please allow an extra 10-12 days for late arrivals.

Continuous Yardage If we run in to an issue filling the yardage as one piece we will contact you. 

Quality Control Every effort is made to buy the very best quality fabrics that our money can buy. On occasion, specials come through that are very appealing, and because of the price and type of material, I am willing to overlook characteristics that I normally would not allow. There may be some dirt or marks along the selvages or folds, but since it is a hard to find fabric, I overlook that. The goods will be priced accordingly, and will be noted if I see it. I never want to send fabrics that are less than what they are described. You work hard for your money, and I want you to get the very best fabric, and best prices we can offer. Testing It is the buyer's responsibility to test and sample the goods before cutting or altering to meet specific requirements, performance standards, or applications especially for color-fastness, shrinkage, sew able, stretch, weight/yield, and general appearance. This fabric does not meet the flammability standards for children's sleepwear ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ALLOWANCES MADE AFTER GOODS HAVE BEEN CUT OR ALTERED FROM ORIGINAL DELIVERED FORM.  You have 7 days from arrival of goods to measure and check the fabric. No allowances will be made after that time. Please note that package weight noted at shipping takes precendence. So, if you feel you are shorted, we will use shipping weight to determine shortages. Roll Buying: If you are ordering rolls I am told that industry standard is plus or minus 15% on yardage. If you order and pay for a 40 yard roll, if the mill tells me it is 40 yards then that is what I am billed for and in turn what I will bill you for. You can be sure that 3 people can measure a roll of fabric and not come up with the same yardage. Please check all yardage immediately, returns are only considered with in 7 days. We are not responsible for labor if damaged goods are sewn. If you are hesitant about ordering because of that you can order a roll  and for the retail price I can measure and weigh and get it shipped to you. Shipping would apply. All defective materials must be returned in order to obtain a credit. 

Shrinking is expected and is common. I would expect 10% at least, though we have seen more in some fabrics.

 

Returns We gladly accept retail returns if you are not satisfied with any product you have ordered. Simply email us for return authorization and information. Once we receive the item we will credit your original payment method minus the shipping you would have paid. Please inspect all shipments immediately. Please see roll ordering for details on pricing and refunds. Returns must be initiated with in 10 days of receipt of the merchandise as shown on delivery from carrier.

We do not pay return shipping. We do not reimburse duty or tax. We do not accept returns on wholesale or special orders. Warranty Seller makes no warranty, either expresses or implied, of merchantability or of fitness of goods for any specific purpose unless expressly specified. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

 A refund can take approximately 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund that you make immediately, your  bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks, we have no control of the timeline. 

There are no refunds for merchandise returned without prior approval.

We do not reship if there are errors on international orders.
