With this pattern you can make an OS fitted diaper that will fit a baby right around 8 pounds on up to a large toddler in the 35-40 pound range. This pattern has been extensively tested on babies of all sizes in the fit range.
Make your diaper with snaps or without! It works great as a snappable diaper when made with a terry or other grippy knit fabric as the outer layer. Use soft cotton knits, velours, baby terry, french terry, fleece (cotton, hemp or bamboo) results in a soft, squishy, stretchy diaper that will last as your little one grows. Please keep in mind that If you use a cotton woven fabric as the outer layer you will lose some of the stretch and the weight range on this diaper will not be as generous.
Pattern includes basic simple sewing instructions to make a fitted diaper in three styles...turned and top-stitched, serged or bound in FOE. Pattern also includes pattern pieces two different sizes of snake style soakers.
Fabric will be continuous if ordering more than one cut with the exception of wholesale rolls and bolts.

Uncut, unused fabric can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, bundles, samples, wholesale and custom printing are final sale.

Packages ship from Northwest Pennsylvania. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your distance from us.
If your carrier marks a package as delivered, contact them directly to resolve any issues.
We pack orders six days a week. USPS carriers collect mail Monday through Saturday. UPS collects packages Monday through Friday. Large orders may be split into multiple packages and shipped from different locations.
International Orders Duty and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. USPS may or may not collect duties and taxes. UPS will collect broker fees and duty charges.
