Custom Print on 1 mil PUL Fabric - Made in the USA

Custom Print on PUL (polyurethane laminate) - Minimum is 2 yards. Printed and laminated in the USA.

This listing is for 1 custom printing of your design printed on 160 GSM polyester interlock at 56/58" wide and lamination. Eco inks are used for our printing purposes. Our PUL is all CPSC (consumer product safety commission) compliant. Please visit our PUL FAQ's page for more information.

No copyright violations will be allowed. Designs must be your own, or something you have contracted to have printed.

Design should be a continuous repeat and 300 dpi. Sizing should be adjusted prior to sending in the design.

We expect an overage in the printing process. We ask the customer to pay for the additional yardage at arrival. Yardage can be over by 1/2 yard but can be as much as 5 yards on larger runs. We will bill you at the time of arrival.

We are now going to submit custom print 1 mil pul orders the 10th of every other month. Turnaround would be approximately 8 weeks. The orders will be placed May, June, August, October and December 2024.

If you would like to have strikes we can arrange that as well. We recommend that for large yardages.

For example:

Customer wants to print 50 yards of their design. They would send in their design about the 22nd of the prior month along with their order for one sample. The sample order is sent in and the customer would get that back in about 2 weeks.

Once the sample is approved the order can be placed on the website here for the 50 yards of custom pul.

Fabric arrives laminated and ready for use in about 8 weeks.

Example 2:

Customer wants to print 2 yards and omit the strike. They would place the order for 2 yards of custom 1 mil pul and email their design to us. The order will be submitted and printed. The printed fabric goes to lamination. It is combined with all of our prints and returned to us. Turnaround is about 8 weeks.

Fabric will be continuous if ordering more than one cut with the exception of wholesale rolls and bolts.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Add items to your cart to see your exact rate before purchasing.

Packages ship from Northwest Pennsylvania. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your distance from us.

If your carrier marks a package as delivered, contact them directly to resolve any issues.

We pack orders six days a week. USPS carriers collect mail Monday through Saturday. UPS collects packages Monday through Friday. Large orders may be split into multiple packages and shipped from different locations.

International Orders Duty and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. USPS may or may not collect duties and taxes. UPS will collect broker fees and duty charges.

Returns

Returns are easy~

Simply pack up the fabric you would like to return and send it to us at the address below with in 7 days of receipt. Claims for defective or damaged fabric must be made with in 72 hours.

Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip. As soon as the fabric arrives we will refund back the price of the fabric to the original payment method. We do not refund shipping. We do not pay return shipping. We do not reimburse duty or tax.

Fabric must be in new unwashed condition from a pet free environment to be eligible for a return. If fabric arrives to us for a return and it has been washed or cut no refund will be given and merchandise will not be sent back. Special pricing, clearance items and Black Friday Specials are not returnable.

We do not accept returns on elastic, notions or patterns. We do not refund samples. We will not be responsible for returns based on color differences in viewing the monitor versus the actual product. We will need packing slip photo's to process any errors. We do not accept returns on special pricing, wholesale, black Friday deals, or clearance items.

We do not reship if there are errors on international orders.

Refunds can take approximately 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund that you make immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.

Silver Bamboo Velour Fabric

Safer Toy

My 4 pound chihuahua, named Noah has a favorite stuffed toy that does bird chirping sounds. When the batteries wore out, I took the old polyester batting and replaced the batting with your organic cotton waffle weave fabric. You see the last pic of him playing with his toy again. Noah likes to snuggle with his toys, so the waffle weave organic cotton should keep him warm this winter.

Ultramarine Organic Cotton Waffle Thermal Fabric

Very Comfortable and Dry

I got this to make underwear and this is wonderfully comfortable and dry - excellent for a humid climate like where I live. The texture is soft, but very matte. I can be a tiny bit grippy under certain fabrics (especially compared to something like the Modal/Cotton jerseys or something particularly slick like something with a satin weave or a stretchy nylon). Would also make a very nice T-shirt/knit shirt. Highly recommend.
