This listing is for 1 custom printing of your design printed on 160 GSM polyester interlock at 56/58" wide and lamination. Eco inks are used for our printing purposes. Our PUL is all CPSC (consumer product safety commission) compliant. Please visit our PUL FAQ's page for more information.

Design should be a continuous repeat and 300 dpi. Sizing should be adjusted prior to sending in the design.
We expect an overage in the printing process. We ask the customer to pay for the additional yardage at arrival. Yardage can be over by 1/2 yard but can be as much as 5 yards on larger runs. We will bill you at the time of arrival.
We are now going to submit custom print 1 mil pul orders the 10th of every other month. Turnaround would be approximately 8 weeks. The orders will be placed May, June, August, October and December 2024.
If you would like to have strikes we can arrange that as well. We recommend that for large yardages.
For example:
Customer wants to print 50 yards of their design. They would send in their design about the 22nd of the prior month along with their order for one sample. The sample order is sent in and the customer would get that back in about 2 weeks.
Once the sample is approved the order can be placed on the website here for the 50 yards of custom pul.
Fabric arrives laminated and ready for use in about 8 weeks.
Example 2:
Customer wants to print 2 yards and omit the strike. They would place the order for 2 yards of custom 1 mil pul and email their design to us. The order will be submitted and printed. The printed fabric goes to lamination. It is combined with all of our prints and returned to us. Turnaround is about 8 weeks.
