Beautifully soft, almost buttery! This fabric is a wonderful weight of 100% Merino Wool Interlock fabric. It is 56" wide and weighs 230 GSM. It stretches 80% in the width and 20% in the length. This will shrink 25%-30% when felted. This is the softest feltable wool on the market. It is milled especially for Natures Fabrics. This makes great wool covers, pants and nursing pads. The fibers natural color enables beautiful dying.
This wool is a natural product and may have errant black spots or lines. The color and weight of this fabric may vary with each manufacturing shipment.
Knit in the USA.
Wholesale pricing begins at 25 yards.

This fabric is extremely soft and dyed very well. It was my first attempt at dying and it turned out so fantastic I can’t wait to do it again. I made a nightgown and I can’t stop wearing it. It keeps me so warm in a house that doesn’t heat all the rooms evenly.
This wool is like no other I’ve felt before. I tend to be sensitive to the scratchiness of even merino wool, but after felting this wool I found it incredibly soft. I made a long wrap around skirt using 2 yards and gathering the waist.
Such soft fabric, I used 1 yard to make a wool sleep sack in a toddler size. Great stretch and weight and not itchy.
I've been sewing wool diaper covers for 24 years, and this wool interlock works great! I use it for the inner layer on my 2 layer covers. It's soft, stretchy, breathable, and heavy enough to be used during naptime!
Natures Fabric’s Merino wool is my go to fabric for winter warmth. I make sweaters, hats, ski masks, slippers, socks, etc - anything you need to keep you warm in the cold winter. It keeps me just the right temperature - not too hot, and I’m warm from the top of my head to my toasty toes. Thanks Nature’s fabric for this lovely fabric!
Let customers speak for us
from 1176 reviewsJust received this fabric. The color is definitely more green than blue - I would call it teal. The picture on my screen seems to be the true color. One side is ncredibly soft and fleecey - has appeared pilled a bit after washing and drying - but remains very soft. The smooth side is perfect after washing. Also VERY soft. Looking forward to creating this into something wonderful to wear! Thanks for offering this lovely stuff!

Natural Fabrics offer an array of beautiful high quality fabrics. It is the only place I can find organic high quality fabrics. Every material I have purchased has been so soft and cozy.

Lightweight cotton jersey for summer nightwear in fun adult prints is hard to find. Even just a little Lycra can make them warmer than 100% cotton. This quality fabric has plenty of stretch and recovery, too. . Easy care; machine wash warm, tumble dry low. I’ll be making a short sleeve night shirt with this.

I'm excited to make joggers and undergarments with this fabric.

Great fabric, people love gifts I make from it!!

Held up so well in a cold pre wash tumble dry low! So excited to make my next t shirt

Probably my favorite fabric for yoga sets!

Thank you for your great service and quality! We provide African village women and girls this fabric for washable, reusable feminine pads. It washes beautifully and lasts a long time.

I wanted to make a non-toxic, breathable blanket for my bed and ordered both the 400gsm and 600 gsm sherpa to try. I ended up using this one (600gsm) for my main blanket and the 400gsm for a throw. The 600 feels lighter and more cozy to me. The 400 was also soft and nice but due to the shorter pile, feels more dense and weighted. I already had some organic double gauze, so I used that as a backing to the 600 weight and am loving my new blanket. I sleep very cold and still need to use another blanket on top of this one, but it is SO much more breathable than the synthetic sherpa blanket I was using previously. In the future, I may try making another blanket using this fleece on both sides to double the warmth. Wish I had found this sooner - I love going to bed knowing that I'm not snuggling up against toxins. My only complaint is that it's made in China. I would love to lower my carbon footprint by purchasing products that are made closer to home, but appreciate the transparency and love the quality of the this fleece.

I used this to make a long-sleeve t-shirt. Very comfortable. Keeps me warm in winter. The knit is tighter than appears in the image-it truly is superfine. Color is vibrant. I may order more and make a short sleeved shirt for summer.

I made a pair of longjohns with this fabric. They have enough stretch lengthwise with good recovery. Easy to sew with. Color as pictured (which I like a lot). Very soft. Feels similar to the bamboo which is extremely soft. My new favorite.I just wash them on my hand wash setting in the washer and air dry.

Perfect and exactly what I needed! Also very fast shipping.
Thank you!

Its fabric is a repeat for me. I’ve purchased it again and again and many of the colors. Love it. Never disappoints

These are great for the infinity scarves I am making
