Lead and Flammability Certificate for PUL-2020 CPSC
PUL in Children’s clothing is required to comply with the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles, 16 CFR Part 1610, promulgated under the Flammable Fabrics Act (FFA). The standard, sometimes referred to as the general wearing apparel standard, has been in existence since the 1950s. The clothing must be certified as compliant in a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) based on passing test results from a CPSC-accepted laboratory.
Our fabrics are not treated to prevent flammability.
This certificate covers lead as well.
