I was searching for a natural fiber Sherpa fabric instead of the widely available polyester options to make a replacement for my daughter's beloved stuffed lamb. This fabric was exactly what I needed and was incredibly easy to work with. Needless to say, she absolutely loves her new lamb!
I wanted to make a non-toxic, breathable blanket for my bed and ordered both the 400gsm and 600 gsm sherpa to try. I ended up using this one (600gsm) for my main blanket and the 400gsm for a throw. The 600 feels lighter and more cozy to me. The 400 was also soft and nice but due to the shorter pile, feels more dense and weighted. I already had some organic double gauze, so I used that as a backing to the 600 weight and am loving my new blanket. I sleep very cold and still need to use another blanket on top of this one, but it is SO much more breathable than the synthetic sherpa blanket I was using previously. In the future, I may try making another blanket using this fleece on both sides to double the warmth. Wish I had found this sooner - I love going to bed knowing that I'm not snuggling up against toxins. My only complaint is that it's made in China. I would love to lower my carbon footprint by purchasing products that are made closer to home, but appreciate the transparency and love the quality of the this fleece.
I ordered both the 400 GSM Natural Organic Cotton Sherpa fabric and the 600 GSM Natural Organic Cotton Sherpa fabric to sew on backside of my organic cotton throw for additional warmth. The 600 GSM was too heavy, but the 400 GSM was perfect making my throw extra cozy. I plan to use the 600 GSM for other projects, ie., seat cushion, stuffed animals for the grandkids, etc. Both fabrics are of high quality. They are soft, and I love the feel of the natural fabrics. Excellent quality. Fair price. Top notch customer service. I don’t sew real often, but if and when I do sew, I will come back to Nature’s Fabrics.
A neighbor recommended this sherpa to me when I was looking for a lining to make my nephew a warm winter hat. It is so warm and cozy and the weight is perfect.

This is beautiful fabric. Thicker than I expected but in the very best way. It has nice recovery too. I plan on making a dress for a dear friend who invited me on a European embroidery retreat. It’s the perfect fabric!
I also bought the French terry, one of my favorite prints ever! I've been buying PUL from NF for over 10 years. It's one of the best, holds up well and I like that it's made in the USA. Some of my customers talk of 9 year old pet diapers that are still in use.
I made a simple long t shirt dress from part of the 5yards I purchased. It is spectacular in the way it looks and feels. I will also make a nightgown and a top. It was well worth the price! Thank you!

I this black 100% wool fabric to make a tank top. I like the weight of this fabric. I didn't realize that this fabric was not as wide as the Merino Wool Jersey fabric and needed to get creative in cutting out my tank top. I am happy with the results.

The hemp/cotton knit is quite wonderful to work with, wears very well, gorgeous colors. I hope there will be even more available in the future.
All of the printed bamboo fabrics are super soft, and the print is crisp as shown in the photos. Made great underwear!
